Many are now sleeping late, binge watching and eating every thing in the house (we is me, I am we). As we navigate the new normal for many of us, the Health & Wellness Fellowship wants to share activities that will help us stay connected as we practice social distancing, start exercising and eating healthy now that we do have some time.
Join us in this challenge to restart our healthy lifestyle and reduce the stress of these uncertain times. We want to come out better on the other side of this, both physically and spiritually. The challengerunner will inform you of the challenge, once completed you should log your progress.
